Jawsaver BV is a consumer health company that is on a mission to help bruxers live and sleep better by developing non-invasive solutions for bruxism.

The company uses the principle of biofeedback to help bruxers address their teeth grinding and clenching behavior. The Jawsaver smart earbuds continuously monitors the jaw movements and alert the user when they start grinding or clenching their teeth. Moreover, Biofeedback has been shown to reduce teeth grinding and clenching (bruxism) in the company's beta test as well in other studies.

Previous studies have shown that biofeedback reduces the duration and frequency of sleep bruxism episodes without affecting sleep quality. Jawsaver says in its initial usability test, the company saw an average 49 per cent reduction in grinding duration during sleep while maintaining sleep quality. For awake bruxism, similar results have been reported. One study from Brazil reported that the use of biofeedback significant reduced pain symptoms and migraine in a group of awake bruxers.
