The Role

As an AI developer at The Automation Group, you get the opportunity to be part of a progressive team that is working on the application of AI technology every day. Together with our CTO, you are responsible for developing, implementing and optimizing AI systems that help our customers make their business processes smarter.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing AI systems based on generative language models and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Integration of AI solutions into the IT environment of customers, in a compliant and data secure manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that meet the specific needs of customers.
• Continuous research and implementation of the latest AI technologies to improve our solutions.

Knowledge and experience

Everything can be learned, but basic knowledge and/or interest in the following topics is a bonus:

• Knowledge of Python, Javascript, APIs and knowledge of how language models work.
• Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), chain-of-thought prompting, and ability to apply such technologies to business applications.
• A passion for AI and a drive to innovate and excel in a rapidly changing technological landscape.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex, technical concepts into understandable language.
