In this workshop, you'll discover how agents work — reasoning, memory, tools — and build your own with Copilot Studio, n8n or CrewAI. You will work hands-on: from use case to working agent, including governance and safety. For IT, innovation teams and process optimization; basic knowledge of ChatGPT or similar tools is sufficient.
